Had a customer reach out after the passing of her parents. They had smoked inside for 30 plus years and it caused quite a nicotine build up on the walls. Without proper removal the nicotine would eventually seep through any new paint. I used a solution to remove all the nicotine while wiping down all the walls, doors, wood work, and surfaces effected by the build up.
