Customer reached out worried about the air quality of his home. He has severe allergy issues and was finding it harder to manage his symptoms. While cleaning the air ducts I observed quite a build up of dust and debris that had exacerbated his allergy issues. I was able to thoroughly clean and sanitize the air ducts and prompted him to change is filter in his furnace more frequently.
