Customer reached out to have their carpets cleaned in living, dining, and entry area. The carpet was very soiled and stained and the traffic areas were very pronounced. While cleaning them I observed that pet urine was the real issue with why the areas were so damaged. After steam cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing the carpets the customer were very satisfied.
