I was contacted by a customer having issues with an aging cat frequently urinating on the carpet. I noticed visible stains and odor when assessing the area. I advised them to think about removing the carpet due to possible pad damage by urine. Customer still wanted to proceed with cleaning. I steam cleaned, sanitized, deodorized the carpets, customer was very happy with the results.
