Repeat customer who owns rental properties was preparing to move in new tenant and needed all carpets cleaned in one of his rental properties. Upon inspection the carpet was somewhat dingy and had a slight odor. I steam cleaned and sanitized the carpets removing the odor and leaving the carpets fresh for the next tenant.
