This repeat customer had an issue with chemicals being sprayed in their neighborhood and it making its way into their home. After I was able to resolve the issue with their carpets, I had to ask them about their duct work. I wanted to make sure this customer wasn't going to be dealing with any nasty side effects that could be due to the chemicals. I was able to access all the ducts work and thoroughly clean the dust build up and sanitize the area making sure any chemicals that had made their way in were no longer an issue to my customers.
