Customer reached out to me after spilling oatmeal on her carpet, she also wanted to have some furniture and area rugs cleaned as well. Upon inspection the oatmeal had left quite a stain on the carpet. I was able to prep the area, steam clean, and sanitize the carpet; completely removing the stain. The furniture had normal oil buildup on the head rest area and arm rests. I was able to remove those with steam cleaning and I deodorized them as well. The area rugs had some traffic staining, I was able to remove the stains and left this repeat customer very happy.
