Customer had some pet urine issues on some white carpet in their living room. There were multiple stains and a slight odor. I used an oxygenated pre-spray and used a urine and odor remover to saturate the areas. After I let the dwell time pass, I was able to steam clean and sanitize the carpet, removing all urine stains and odors.
