Customer needed carpets in their living room, dining room, and steps cleaned. Upon inspection it was very dirty with traffic stains and normal wear and tear. I treated the carpet with oxygenated pre-spray. After raking and dwell time, i continued with steam cleaning and santizing. I was able to remove stains and a slight odor.
