Customer had moved into a new home and had noticed her pet allergies had flaring up. She reached out to have me inspect the air ducts and give her an estimate. Upon inspection I noticed an accumlation of pet hair and dander. I opened the air ducts and was taped off the registers, after removing all the debris from the air ducts, i sanitized them and changed out the furnance filter so the customer would no longer have allergy issues in the future.
