Customer reached out needing 3 large classrooms steam cleaned and sanitized after attempting to clean themselves. Upon inspection there was multiple stains, odor, and some mold growth due to not thoroughly drying the carpet after cleaning. I vacuummed the carpets dry and removed all debris and dirt before pre-spraying the carpet with a stronger sanitizer to remove the odor and mold issue. After steam cleaning and sanitizing, I set up fans to thoroughly dry the carpet so there wouldn't be any more issues in the future.
