Customer had inquired about carpet cleaning while I was cleaning their air ducts. After inspecting the carpets there was pet urine issues, staining, and a slight odor. I treated the carpet with an oxygenated pre-spray, and a urine remover. After steam cleaning and sanitizing, i removed all stains and odor.
