Customer had been having some pet urine issue in their living room and dining room. Upon inspection there were multiple urine stains and a slight odor. I used a urine remover and sanitizing pre-spray, after raking and allowing dwell time for the pre-spray to fulling penetrate the carpet fibers, I steam cleaned the carpets and removed all urine stains and odor.
