Customer reached out with a mold issue in their carpets. Upon inspection I noted staining, and mold. I presprayed the carpet with an oxygenated cleaner and sanitizer. After raking and allowing dwell time I steam cleaned the carpet and set up fans to thoroughly dry the areas.
