Repeat customer wanting to refresh and preserve their carpets. Upon inspection there was food stains in the dining room, and normal traffic staining in the hallways, steps, and two rooms. After pre-treating the carpets with an oxygenated cleaner I raked the carpets, allowing the cleaner to penetrate the carpet fibers. I then steam cleaned and sanitized all carpets, removing all stains.
